through the sea
  The weather was unpleasant, there were many waves and the sun was burning hot.
  I got seasick and threw up. The trip lasted three and a half hours. At some point water began to flow into the boat.
  We were at sea, the moment was frightening. There was a jumble of screams and voices in different languages.
